BMS 4.35, Balkans theatre, Balance of Power campaign, No screen extractor or mods, Day 1, 555th FW from Aviano, Packages and flights planned and fragged by myself and not HQ, TOT 17:35, 5 flights in my package, targets are SAM sites, EWR and a couple of factories around Sarajevo, Most of the enemy runways, SAM sites and important factories North West of Sarajevo (and all the way to the FEBA) have already been taken care of, Step in 3D at the ramp, takeoff, fly to the target and close to it CTD happens. |

Everytime I fly torward Sarajevo, departing from Aviano, as soon as I approach 30 miles from the targets (roughly) I get CTD. Rarely I get to drop my ordinance, turn away and then get CTD anyways. It happens less often (but still happens sometimes) if I frag a mission less deep into bad guys land. |
