Summary	0000229: BMS 4.36 U2: FORM button disappears in cockpit when clicked (TE GroundOps #1 tutorial mission, cold start)
Description	Expected: Clicking (or mouse-wheeling) the FORM knob in the left console changes the FORM setting. Notably, the FORM knob should not disappear... Actual: Clicking the FORM knob makes it disappear. See screenshot. BMS version: 4.36 U2. Note that I couldn't select this version in the "Product Version" drop-down menu for this bug report.
