| Summary | 0000231: BMS 4.36 U2: Canopy switch is non-functional for mouse interaction (TE GroundOps #1 tutorial mission, cold start) | ||||
| Description | Expected: Right-clicking the canopy switch with the mouse as per tutorial instructions should close the canopy. And yes, I am certain that I was interacting with the correct switch, as I cross-compared with a YouTube tutorial video for the same GroundOps #1 training mission. :-) Actual: The canopy switch is non-functional. With the mouse, neither press+hold nor just press do anything, regardless of right or left mouse button. (Note that users going through the tutorial mission will be stuck at this point.) The only way for me to close the canopy was to use the default keyboard shortcut to toggle the canopy, which is Alt+R, which I figured out only after googling for the problem. The same problem was also reported by other users in the Falcon BMS subreddit three months ago in May: https://www.reddit.com/r/falconbms/comments/va1oh8/cant_close_canopy/ Environment: - TE GroundOps #1 tutorial mission, cold start - BMS version: 4.36 U2. Note that I couldn't select this version in the "Product Version" drop-down menu for this bug report. | ||||
