| Summary | 0000134: Rendering issues in clouds -- flashing lights, visible structures, | ||||
| Description | From https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?41494-If-you-are-experiencing-worse-FPS-in-U1-compared-to-4-35-0-please-let-me-know&p=567032&viewfull=1#post567032 TR 0000006 ILS Weather -- 4.35.0 => total whiteout conditions, below 6,000 ft, can't see anything even runway lights until under 1 mile 4.35.1 => lots of flickering in the cloud layer above (looks like lightning, but a little glitchy) and I can see some of the surrounding terrain, and make out some buildings, up to a few miles away, when I'm following ATC vectors, mostly around 4,000 ft altitude Visibility is still very poor, especially around Taegu airbase .. but it is a clear difference from 4.35.0 and before, likely due to some change in rendering engine | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Fly TR 0000006 - ILS Weather Look down and left, 11-o'clock low, within first 30 seconds or so, you will some structures on the hill off in the distance. Turn extr master lighting switch off .. notice flickering in clouds is reduced. | ||||
