| Description | With WCA != 0 caret position is less than actual when using CRUS DTOS mode proportional to cosine of WCA. Example in approx 50kt crosswind DES TOS and ETA are in agreement within 1sec over 1h leg when GS is 434kt while RQD G/S is 420 and caret is shown at 420 kt on HUD scale. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Fly large WCA for most dramatic example (slow speed, large xwind component) toward distant destination. Observe flying caret speed and making DES TOS and ETA match are mutually exclusive. Check all scales CAS, TAS, GS. | ||||
