| Description | To alleviate and/or eliminate the requirement for 3rd-party key-mapping applications for basic to complex BMS hardware configurations, enable direct support within BMS future versions to support more than 32 buttons per USB device. Based on some references, the maximum allowed could be as high as 128 buttons. This feature would support HOTAS as well as other switchology throughout the cockpit and myriad panels.
Propose this be the BMS target to simplify future configurations, making the simulation more extensible, flexible, and plug-and-play for legacy, heritage, and future peripheral simulation devices. This will increase adoption through ease-of-use, usability, and simplicity of this most advanced F-16 simulation.
