Summary0000192: Hornet: pitch-trim target AOA is established when setting flaps to 'half' or 'full', not gear-down
DescriptionNOTE: I do not know if this is a doc-bug or a RL discrepancy.

But the FLCS pitch-trimming-to-control-AOA mode appears to be activated by flaps, not deploying gear.
Steps To ReproduceRepro steps (1 of 3):
- Stock BMS 4.35.2, KTO .. fly the Hornet in TR#24
- at 250 kts, about 6° AOA, with flaps=Auto, lower gear
- vary throttle from 20% to 80% mil and back

- Observe: nose stays mostly steady; doesn't pitch up or down to track to 6° above FPM

- Expect: (per Naval Ops doc) jet enters pitch-trim mode, with target AOA set at moment of gear-deployment time

Repro steps (2 of 3):
- with flaps still in Auto, raise the gear
- cut throttle to idle .. at approx 5° AOA set flaps=Half
- vary throttle from 20% to 80% mil and back, slowly

- Observe: nose tracks up and down with AOA, staying 0000002:0000005° above FPM

- Expect: nose does not track 5° AOA with gear up

Repro steps (3 of 3):
- gently pull back on stick to achieve 8° AOA (circle on indexer)
- extend flaps further (set flaps=Full)
- vary throttle from 20% to 80% mil and back

- Observe: nose tracks up and down with AOA, staying 0000006:0000008° above FPM

- Expect: nose does not track 8° AOA with gear up
