Summary	0000071: wrong bugged contact speed displayed on FCR
Description	after many tests, the speed displayed on FCR of bogged contact is always wrong in any configuration because it includes the wind velocity if wind velocity is null, the bogged contact speed is correct otherwise the speed of bogged contact is displayed like this : correct speed + or - something close to wind velocity ( directional component of the wind ) More, this additional or subtracted value depends of the wind velocity from the side of plane who bogs the value displayed by the FCR shouldn't impacted by the wind velocity the closure rate seems to be correct and well defined as a TAS speed
Steps To Reproduce	- add headwind velocity and create 2 flights either in face to face or inversely - bug the contact on FCR - check the velocity on FCR - check the wind velocity on DED - display the external view of bugged contact & check the speed you can add different wind speed according the flight levels, check the contact speed on FCR in changing of flight level
