Summary	0000221: 4.36 STPT offset aimpoints prevent zooming in with AG radar
Description	If a waypoint has an offset aimpoint, and the OA itself is outside the radar azimuth limit, but the steerpoint itself isn't, it's not possible to zoom into the steerpoint with the AG radar as if the steerpoint was outside the azimuth limit.
Steps To Reproduce	Enter a flight. Pick a suitable steerpoint. Add an offset aimpoint to it placed behind own jet. Try to zoom into steerpoint with the AG radar.
